What is happening?

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, AIRTH)
(20MPH SPEED LIMIT) (No.TRO/25/020) ORDER 20__

The Council proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. Objectors must state their grounds for objection in writing, to be received by 11/09/25 to: Head of Environment and Operations, Place Services, The Falkirk Stadium, 4 Stadium Way, Falkirk, FK2 9EE. Alternatively, objectors can e-mail objections to

adteam3.ds@falkirk.gov.uk.

3. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit in Airth.

The Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as described in the Falkirk Herald of 10 April 2025.

2. Any person wishing to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 21/08/2025, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
