What is happening?

FALKIRK COUNCIL

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on:

Grangepans, Bo’ness 07:30 hours on 25/08/2025 until 17:00 hours on 31/08/2025 to allow for carriageway resurfacing works to be carried out.

1. This Order temporarily closes A904, Grangepans, Bo’ness from the junction of Boundary Street to the junction at Cowdenhill Road.
2. The alternative route is:
a) Clockwise direction - A904, A993, A706, Union Street, A904.
b) Anti-clockwise direction – A904, Commissioner Street, Union Street, A706, A993, A904.
