NOTICE OF MODIFICATION
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(VARIOUS ROADS, FYLDE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS
PARKING RESTRICTIONS 25/26 (NO1C)) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council proposed to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. Following consultation carried out between 12 June 2025 and 10 July 2025, it is now intended to modify the proposed Order as titled above, to make the order in part, giving effect to the proposal as previously set out, with the exception of the restrictions set out below, which are proposed to be deferred.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is now proposed that the restrictions set out below will be deferred and that in the future the council may consider:

a) Abandoning these proposals;
b) Deferring a decision on their introduction; or
c) To introduce the restrictions, either in whole or part.

a) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 70 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Lytham Road for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction.
b) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 37.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Lytham Road for a distance of 9 metres in a northerly direction.
c) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 56.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Lytham Road for a distance of 4.5 metres in a northerly direction.
d) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 89 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Lytham Road for a distance of 53.5 metres in a northerly direction.
e) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 70 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 16 metres in a northerly direction.
f) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 100.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 8.5 metres in a northerly direction.
g) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 115 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 8.5 metres in a northerly direction.
h) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 48 metres south of its junction with the Centreline of Byron Avenue for a distance of 6.5 metres in a northerly direction.
i) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 31.5 metres south of its junction with the Centreline of Byron Avenue for a distance of 9 metres in a northerly direction.
j) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 27.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Harbour Avenue for a distance of 26 metres in a northerly direction.
k) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 3 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 8 metres in a northerly direction.
l) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 16.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 7.5 metres in a northerly direction.
m) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 32.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 7.5 metres in a northerly direction.
n) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 51 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 13.5 metres in a northerly direction.
o) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 14.5 metres south of its junction with the Centreline of Byron Avenue for a distance of 6 metres in a northerly direction.
p) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 5.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Harbour Avenue for a distance of 14 metres in a northerly direction.
