(Temporary Closure) Order 2025 Notice of Making
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assistant Director Infrastructure and
Regulatory Services of Wigan Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and delegated to her by the said Council has made the Wigan Borough (Brook Street, Ince) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025 which will come into operation on 18th August 2025.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a vehicle or causing or permitting a vehicle to be driven in Brook Street, Ince commencing on 18th August 2025 to 29th August 2025.
The alternative route for traffic is: Manchester Road, Belle Green Lane and Earl Street. The Order is necessary to allow Gas Mains Replacement works.

The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a vehicle or causing or permitting a vehicle to be driven in Pickup Street, Ince commencing on 18th August 2025 to 29th August 2025.
The alternative route for traffic is: Lord Street, Ince Green Lane and Manchester Road.
The Order is necessary to allow Gas Mains Replacement Works
