What is happening?
ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL
C5B – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C5b, Ugie Lodge, Longside – 25.08.25) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 25.08.25 for 11 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C5b, Ugie Lodge, Longside.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety due to ducting works. An alternative route is available via the C5b, A90, A950, C39b and visa versa.
