Hale Lane, Temporary Introduction Of One-Way Traffic System Due To Duct Works
What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY INTRODUCTION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC SYSTEM
HALE LANE NW7
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate duct installation works, they intend to make an Order which will temporarily prohibit vehicles from travelling in a southerly direction along Hale Lane NW7 between No.6 Hale Lane and its junction with The Broadway, while the works take place.
The Order will commence at 8.00am on Wednesday 27th August 2025 and is expected to last for 7 days.
The alternative routes for motorists will be via Hale Lane, Selvage Lane and Watford Way. Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
