What is happening?
Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence
Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the Premises Licence at Co-op, 210 Kingston Road, Teddington TW11 9JF to extend the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from Mon–Sun 0700–2300 to Mon–Sun 0000–2400 (24 hours) and to add Late Night Refreshment as a licensable activity Mon to Sun 2300–0500. The store will close to the public at 2300 and re-open at 0700 on the following day. All sales between 2300–0700 Mon Sun will be for on-line delivery only. Conditions will apply. In all other respects, the Licence shall remain the same.

by 4 September 2025. The Application may be viewed during opening hours at Council Offices or www.richmond.gov.uk.It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
