What is happening?

NORTH KESTEVEN DISTRICT COUNCIL
(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AND CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2022 (VARIATION NO.1) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Kesteven District Council proposes to make the above order (hereafter called “the Variation Order”) to vary the North Kesteven District Council (Off- Street Parking Places)(Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2022 (hereafter called the “Original Order”), to the extent shown below. In all other aspects the Original Order will remain unchanged.

Commencement
It is intended to bring the Variation Order into operation on or after 1st October 2025.

Variation
The effect of the Variation Order, is to:
• Add charges and restrictions at an additional car park at Kesteven Street, Sleaford

Full details of the variation are in the Variation Order and Statement of Reasons, which may be examined at the North Kesteven District Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, Lincolnshire NG34 7EF during normal office hours.
