NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257
AND PARAGRAPH 7 OF SCHEDULE 14
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(LAND AT THE JUNCTION OF TRESCOTT ROAD & TUDBURY ROAD,
ALLENS CROSS, BIRMINGHAM, B31 5QZ) PUBLIC PATH STOPPING UP ORDER 2025
On 11 July 2025 Birmingham City Council confirmed the above order.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to stop up the public footpath commencing adjacent to the south western corner of 60 Trescott Road and proceeding in a south south easterly direction to its end adjacent to the south western corner of 43 Tudbury Road with a length of 73.4 metres and a minimum width of 0.8 metres and a maximum width of 1.5 metres as shown in bold black edging on the Order Map.
A copy of the confirmed order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at Northfield Library, 77 Church Road, Birmingham, B31 2LB between the hours of 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays and between the hours of 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm on Thursdays.
This order came into force on 11 July 2025 but if a person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act
