HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:

1. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 27ain Awst 2025 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau ar 27ain Awst 2025, gan weithredu rhwng 19:00 – 22:30.

2. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn i Dŵr Cymru wneud gwaith mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Bydd mynediad rhesymol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.

3. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau dros dro ran o Heol Tryleg, Tyndyrn, Sir Fynwy, ~57m o’r gyffordd â Sylvan View am ~130m i gyfeiriad gogledd-orllewinol.

4. Bydd llwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn:- Heol Whitelye, Heol Catbrook, Heol Gefn, R92 Ceciliford, R92 Tryleg i Cecilyford, Heol Catbrook, B4293 Heol Cas-gwent, R94 Llanisien i Groes Tryleg, Heol Forge, A466 ac i’r gwrthwyneb.

5. Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heol Tryleg, Tyndyrn, Sir Fynwy 2025.

6. Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

1. The Order shall come into operation on the 27th August 2025 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed on the 27th August 2025, operating between 19:00 – 22:30.

2. The order is necessary for Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.

3. The effect of the order will be to temporarily close a section of Trellech Road, Tintern, Monmouthshire, ~57m from its junction with Sylvan View for ~130m in a north-westerly direction.

4. A signed diversionary route will be in place as follows:- Whitelye Road, Catbrook Road, Back Road, R92 Ceciliford, R92 Trellech to Cecilyford, Catbrook Road, B4293 Chepstow Road, R94 Llanishen to Trellech Cross, Forge Road, A466, and vice versa.

5. This order may be cited as the Trellech Road, Tintern, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025.

6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
