(Industrial Access Road, Wallyford) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions at Industrial Access Road, Wallyford.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk

and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk 

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 15th August 2025 to Friday 26th September 2025.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.

Any objection must be in writing and must specify the grounds thereof and should be addressed to:
