Cefn Goleu Ninfa, Ninfa And Cefn Y Coed Road, Llanellen, Monmouthshire - Temporary restrictions due to resurfacing

HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA ("y Cyngor") yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â'r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:   Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 20fed Awst 2025 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Rhagwelwyd  bod y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau rhwng 20fed Awst 2025 a’r 21ain Awst 2025, gan weithio rhwng 07:30 – 15:30.  
Roedd angen y Gorchymyn  er mwyn ailosod wyneb y ffordd mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad.  
Cedwir mynediad rhesymol ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.  
Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd: I. Cau dros dro ran o Cefn Goleu Ninfa, Ninfa, Heol Cefn Y Coed, Llanelen, Sir Fynwy, o'r gyffordd â'r A4042 am ~1.65km. II. Cau dros dro ran o Ninfa, Heol Cefn Y Coed, Llanelen, Sir Fynwy, o'r gyffordd â Ninfa Cefn Goleu am ~205m. III. Cau dros dro ran o Heol Cefn y Coed, Llanelen, Sir Fynwy, o'r gyffordd â Ninfa am ~430m.  
fel a ganlyn: B4269, A4042, Lôn y Dderw, R50 Blaenafon i Lanelen ac i’r gwrthwyneb.   Gellir enwi'r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Cefn Goleu Ninfa, Ninfa, Heol Cefn Y Coed, Llanelen, Sir Fynwy 2025.  
Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Has made an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984  
The Order came into operation on the 20th August 2025 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 20th August 2025 and 21st August 2025, operating between 07:30 – 15:30.  
The order was necessary for Road Resurfacing works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.   The effect of the order was: To temporarily close a section of Cefn Goleu Ninfa, Ninfa, Cefn Y Coed Road, Llanellen, Monmouthshire, from its junction with A4042 for ~1.65km. To temporarily close a section of Ninfa, Cefn Y Coed Road, Llanellen, Monmouthshire, from its junction with Cefn Goleu Ninfa for ~205m. To temporarily close a section of Cefn Y Coed Road, Llanellen, Monmouthshire, from its junction with Ninfa for ~430m.  
A signed diversionary route was in place as follows:- B4269, A4042, Oak Lane, R50 Blaenavon  to Llanellen and vice versa.  
This order may be cited as the Cefn Goleu Ninfa, Ninfa and Cefn Y Coed Road, Llanellen, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025   By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
