What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL

(GLASCLUNE GARDENS – NORTH BERWICK)

(PROHIBITION & RESTRICTION ON WAITING) TO 371/25

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to extend the enforceable waiting restrictions on:

    • the north side of Glasclune Gardens by approx. 150 metres

  • and on the south side of Glasclune Gardens by approx. 14 metres

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions, and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council’s website at:

www.eastlothian.gov.uk 

and

www.tellmescotland.gov.uk 

These documents are available for inspection during normal office hours for the period from Friday 15th August 2025 to Friday 5th September 2025.

Any person may, before the expiry of the period noted above, object to the making of the Order.

Any objection must be in writing, must specify the grounds thereof, and should be addressed to:
