Kelsick Park, Temporary Traffic Restriction Due To Utility Works

CUMBERLAND COUNCIL (KELSICK PARK, SEATON) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable utility works to be carried out ("the Works"), Cumberland Council intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that section of Kelsick Park, Seaton, from its junction with Causeway Road, extending in a south westerly direction for approx. 30m.

There is no suitable alternative route available for vehicles. A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.

The Order will come into operation on 1 September 2025 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen months. However, please note that it is anticipated that the restriction will only be required for 12 days between 0800 hours and 1800 hours each day, as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
