CYNGOR BWRDEISTREF SIROL PEN-Y-BONT AR OGWR
GORCHYMYN TRAFFIG DROS DRO (Y STRYD FAWR, YSTAD DDIWYDIANNOL FORGE, MAESTEG) 2025 RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN fod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Maesteg wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, yn bwriadu creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyflwyno’r cyfyngiad dros dro a nodir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae cais wedi’i wneud i Lywodraeth Cymru am Orchymyn Cau dan adran 247 Deddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 (“y Gorchymyn Cau”) mewn perthynas â’r cyfeirnod cynllunio P22/71/FUL. Disgwylir canlyniad y cais Gorchymyn Cau. Yn unol â hynny, mae angen Gorchymyn Traffig Dros Dro i hwyluso gwaith sy’n angenrheidiol i weithredu’r caniatâd cynllunio ac ystyrir bod y Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd. Mae’r gwaith yn cynnwys gwaith sy’n cael ei wneud o fewn ffin y safle datblygu a symudiadau cerbydau/peiriannau rhwng dau safle a gwaith i’r briffordd fabwysiedig. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn weithredol o 29/08/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym nes bydd y gwaith a restrir yn Erthygl 5 y Gorchymyn Cau arfaethedig wedi’i gwblhau, am hyd at 18 mis, p’un bynnag fydd y cynharaf. Atodlen - Ni chaiff unrhyw berson adael i unrhyw gerbyd deithio ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r Stryd Fawr, Ystad Ddiwydiannol Forge o Side Rise Holdings Ltd i fynedfa G.E Carpenter, am bellter o 100 metr o’r briffordd yr effeithir arni. Nid oes angen llwybr dargyfeirio dros dro gan fod y stryd yn bengaead. Bydd mynediad parhaus ar gyfer cerbydau’r holl wasanaethau brys. Bydd mynediad parhaus i bob eiddo yn ystod y cyfyngiadau. Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiadau’n berthnasol dim ond ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd ar arwyddion traffig a osodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016. Dyddiedig: 19/08/2025
