What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICES 

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (40 mph Speed Limit) (Kippen) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8-8-25. 

This Order makes permanent the existing temporary 40-mph Speed Limit on the B822, Fintry Road, Kippen. 

This is being implemented in the interest of road safety. 

A COPY of the Order can be requested by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk and quoting Ref No TM/6 - SRO/2025(241) Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 8-8-25. 

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (C58, Drymen) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8-8-25. 

This Order will close: C58 From its junction with the A811 to its junction with the C31 from 0930 hours until 1530 hours on 4-9-25 to facilitate public utility works. Access for emergency services will be maintained 

Alternative Routes: via A811, C31 and vice versa 

A COPY of the Order can be provided by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk. The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A875, Killearn) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8-8-25. 

This Order will suspend the parking on: A875 On the north-east side of the road from its junction with Ibert Road in a north westerly direction for a distance of 40 metres or thereby from 0800 hours until 1600 hours from 18-8-25 until 22-8-25 to facilitate a drainage inspection.
