What is happening?

Notice is hereby given that Manchester City Council has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the titles and effects of which are as follows -
1. CITY OF MANCHESTER (CLAYPIT CRESCENT, CRINGLE ROAD AND WILSTHORPE CLOSE, LEVENSHULME) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING/UNLOADING) ORDER 2025 - NO WAITING AT ANY TIME / NO LOADING AT ANY TIME on (i) Claypit Crescent, both sides, from Cringle Road north-easterly for 15m (ii) Cringle Road, north-east side, from 15m north west of Claypit Crescent south-easterly to Wilsthorpe Close (iii) Wilsthorpe Close, north side, from Cringle Road southeasterly to its north eastern extent.
2. CITY OF MANCHESTER (CLAYPIT CRESCENT, LEVENSHULME) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025 - 20MPH SPEED LIMIT on: Claypit Crescent, for its entire length.
The Orders were made on 11 August 2025 and will come into operation on 19 August 2025. Copies of the made Orders and the plans may be inspected at Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may within 6 weeks from 11 August 2025 apply to the High Court for such purpose.
