THE HARINGEY (STONELEIGH ROAD N17 PUBLIC REALM WORKS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
The Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above Temporary Traffic Order under S14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Order 1984 described below:–
Stoneleigh Road N17
Reason for 14(1) Order – To enable regeneration works of carriageway and footways

To temporarily revoke the one-way restriction on Stoneleigh Road N17 (between car park C and Factory Lane) and the associated no-entry restriction at the junction with Factory Lane.
This is required to facilitate two-way traffic for the above-mentioned works and associated diversion routes.

Suspension of the shared use Pay by Phone/Permit Holders bays and installation on no waiting/no loading at any time on the east side of Stoneleigh Road N17 between Holcombe Road and Kane Court (to lamp column SR4L).

Suspension of 4x easternmost Stoneleigh Road Car Park A bays adjacent to property boundary fence (north of keep clear markings) and introduction of no waiting/no loading at any time.
Scheduled dates General Effect of the Order Date: Monday 20th October 2025 to Friday 19th December 2025 Times: 24hrs -
Road closure of Stoneleigh Road N17, between the junctions with A10 High Road and Albert Place.
(The closure will not apply for the entire extent defined above at a given time but will be introduced in phases as directed by signage on site.)
Diversion route will be available via High Road, Dowsett Road and vice versa. Access to car parks/adjacent properties to be maintained at all times.

Suspension of pay by phone & loading bay and installation on no waiting/no loading at any time on the north side of Stoneleigh Road N17 outside Beehive Pub.
The order will come into operation on 18th August 2025 and may continue in force for up to 18 months or until works have been completed, whichever is earlier.
The provisions of the Orders shall apply only at such times and as directed by traffic signs. For road closures, alternative routes will be directed by traffic signs. Access will be maintained where possible. For more information contact visit our website at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.
