THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (PENNYCOMEQUICK HILL, CENTRAL PARK AVENUE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in:
Pennycomequick Hill - inbound between Central Park Avenue and Matt Clark Road
2. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
Central Park Avenue - between Holdsworth Street and Pennycomequick Hill
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 15th September 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the gas main works will commence on the 15th September 2024 until 16th September 2025 22:00 - 04:00
