Multiple roads, Dulverton - Temporary Closure due to signing works
What is happening?
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order
prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Higher Combe To Mounsey Hill Gate - from 1247 metres south east of the junction with Marsh Hill, south-
eastwards incorporating Higher Combe Drive for a total distance of 129 metres.
This Order will enable Kier to carry out signing works on behalf of Somerset Highways. The Order becomes effective on 5th September 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months.
The works are expected to commence on 8th September 2025 and last until 12th September 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a
total of 5 days.
