Wright Street - Temporary Prohibition Of Driving Order

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2025
The Oldham Borough Council intend to make a Temporary Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Wright Street from its junction with Cardinal Street for a distance of 26 metres in a southerly direction. The alternative route will be via Beever Street & Rhodes Street.
The Order is to be made to allow ENWL cable excavations and will be in force for 1 week from 25th August 2025, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
