TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.16) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of a length of Wills Pastures Road at Southam, in County of Warwickshire.  This is to enable development as permitted by Section 20, High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon

Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5961). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Fenny Compton Post Office, Fenny Compton Village Hall, Memorial Road, Fenny Compton, Southam, CV47 2XU.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 15 August 2025. S Zamenzadeh, Casework Manager
