What is happening?
ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL
C30K – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C30K from B9077 to Batchart Steadings, Blairs - 18.08.25) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 18.08.25 for 12 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C30K from the B9077 to Batchart Steadings, Blairs.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during the installation of a new water main. An alternative route is available via the C30K – B9077 and vice versa.
