NOTICE OF VARIATION No.1 2025

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

TUNBRIDGE WELLS BOROUGH COUNCIL, pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Kent County Council and in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’), and in accordance with Regulation 25 of The Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers hereby gives notice that it is to vary the current on-street permit charges detailed in Column 3 of Schedule 4 of The Kent County Council (Various Roads Borough of Tunbridge Wells) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024.

The new charges are as follows:

The Order shall come into effect on 1st October 2025 and may be sited as ‘The Kent County Council (Various Roads Borough of Tunbridge Wells) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024 Notice of Variation No.1 2025’
