What is happening?

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(OLD PRIORY LANE, WARFIELD)

(PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the Order:

The effect of the Order is to introduce the movement restrictions as specified in Schedule 1.

The Order was made on the 11th August 2025 and comes into effect on the 15th August 2025

Copies of this notice, the draft Order and Plans may be inspected on the ‘Highways Public Notices’ page of the Council’s website www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk.

Objections:

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 13th day of August 2025, make application for this purpose to the High Court.

Prohibition of Driving

Old Priory Lane – From a point 286 metres south of its junction with B3034 Warfield Street southwards for a distance of 2 metres.

All distances are approximate and, where applicable, are taken from the centre of the stated junctions.
