GORCHYMYN ADDASU MAP DIFFINOL 2025

Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod, a wnaed ar 12fed Awst 2025, os caiff ei gadarnhau fel y’i gwnaed, yn addasu’r map a’r datganiad diffiniol ar gyfer yr ardal trwy ychwanegu atynt y llwybr troed fel a ganlyn:

Llwybr Troed 27 (Rogiet): yn cychwyn ar LlT13 Rogiet ym Mhwytnt G1 (ST47518686) ac yn mynd ymlaen ar hyd copa’r morglawdd, tua’r gorllewin i’r de-orllewin am 87m i Bwynt H (ST47438682) i ailymuno ag LlT13 Rogiet. Gan barhau ar hyd copa’r morglawdd, tua’r gorllewin a’r de-orllewin am 218m i bwynt I (ST47238675) i ailymuno ag FP13 Rogiet. Yn parhau ar hyd copa’r morglawdd, tua’r de-orllewin am 196m i Bwynt J (ST47088663) i ailymuno ag FP13 Rogiet wrth giât mochyn fetel. Lled o 2.2m.

Llwybr Troed 27A (Rogiet): yn cychwyn ar LlT13 Rogiet ym Mhwytnt K (ST46838645) ac yn parhau ar hyd copa’r morglawdd ar led o 2.2m, tua’r gorllewin am 295m i Bwynt L (ST46548643), gan ymuno ag LlT13 Rogiet. Mae cwt gwarchod yn L yn 2.5m o led, mae’r llwybr troed yn mynd heibio ar ochr y môr ar led o 1.6m. Yn parhau ar hyd copa’r morglawdd ar led isafswm o 2.2m, tua’r de-orllewin am 11m i Bwynt M (ST46538642) wrth giât mochyn fetel. Yn parhau ar hyd copa’r morglawdd ar led isafswm o 2.2m, tua’r de am 38m i Bwynt N (ST46538638) i ailymuno ag FP13 Rogiet.

Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r map yn rhad ac am ddim yn Hwb Cymunedol Cil-y-coed, Ffordd Woodstock, Cil-y-coed, NP26 5DB o ddydd Llun i ddydd Iau 9am i 5pm, dydd Gwener 9am i 4pm a dydd Sadwrn 10am i 1pm. Mae copiau o’r Gorchymyn a’r map ar gael yn rhad ac am ddim.

Rhaid anfon unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau sy’n ymwneud â’r Gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig at y Prif Swyddog, y Gyfraith a Llywodraethu, Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Y Rhadyr, Neuadd y Sir, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA erbyn 1af Hydref 2025 fan bellaf a gofynir i ymgeiswyr nodi’r sail dros eu gwnued.

Os na wneir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau’n briodol i’r gorchymyn, neu os tynnir unrhyw rai a wneir felly yn ôl, gall Cyngor Sir Fynwy, yn lle cyflwyno’r Gorchymyn i Weinidogion Cymru, gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn yn ei bwnc ei hun. Os cyflwynir y Gorchymyn i Weinidogion Cymru bydd unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau a wnaed yn briodol ac nad ydynt wedi’u tynnu’n ôl, yn cael eu hanfon gyda ef.

NOTICE OF MAKING OF A MODIFICATION ORDER

DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE COUNTY OF MONMOUTH

MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

PUBLIC FOOTPATHS NO. 27 AND 27A ROGIET

DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2025

The above order, made on 12th August 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the footpath as follows:

Footpath 27 (Rogiet): commences on FP13 Rogiet at Point G1 (ST47518686) and proceeds along the crest of the seawall, West South Westerly for 87m to Point H (ST47438682) to rejoin FP 13 Rogiet. Continuing along the crest of the seawall, West South Westerly for 218m to point I (ST47238675) to rejoin FP13 Rogiet. Continuing along the crest of the seawall, South Westerly for 196m to Point J (ST47088663) to rejoin FP 13 Rogiet at a metal kissing gate. At a minimum 2.2m width.

Footpath 27A (Rogiet): commences on FP13 Rogiet at Point K (ST46838645) and proceeds along the crest of the seawall at a width of 2.2m, Westerly for 295m to Point L (ST46548643), to rejoin FP13 Rogiet. A sentry hut at L is 2.5m wide, the footpath passes on the seaward side at a width of 1.6m. Continuing along the crest of the seawall at a minimum width of 2.2m, South Westerly for 11m to Point M (ST46538642) at a metal kissing gate. Continuing along the crest of the seawall at a minimum width of 2.2m, Southerly for 38m to Point N (ST46538638) to rejoin FP13 Rogiet.

A copy of the order and map may be seen free of charge at Caldicot Community Hub, Woodstock Way, Caldicot, NP26 5DB Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm. Copies of the order and map are available there free of charge.

Any representations or objections relating to the order must be sent in writing to Chief Officer, Law and Governance, Monmouthshire County Council, The Rhadyr, County Hall, Usk, NP15 1GA no later than 1st October 2025 and applicants are requested to state the grounds that they are made.

If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, Monmouthshire County Council, instead of submitting the order to the Welsh Ministers may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Welsh Ministers any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
