Amendment Order 2025

Devon County Council made this on 6 August to come into force 1 September to introduce in West Hill: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Ashley Brake & West Hill Road; School Entrance Clearway-No Stopping At Any Time on a specified length of West Hill Road. Order & related documents may be seen at devon.cc/tro. Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
