PROW 40 – SANDBANKS ROAD TO ORCHARD AVENUE, POOLE – BUILDING WORKS

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.

WHAT AND WHERE: PROW 40 between Sandbanks Road and Orchard Avenue, Poole to be closed to all vehicles and pedestrians

WHY: To ensure site safety whilst building works are being carried out by Glossbrook Builders Ltd

WHEN: Anticipated dates: 1 September 2025 until 9 January 2026

ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.

DIVERSION: Via Orchard Avenue, Sandbanks Road

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 6 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
