Andover Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Tree Pruning Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - B3420 ANDOVER ROAD NORTH, HEADBOURNE WORTHY, WINCHESTER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of B3420 Andover Road North between its junction with Vanguard Hill and its junction with Three Maids Hill Roundabout.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Stud Lane, Main Road, Kennel Lane, Harestock Road
DURATION OF ORDER: from 31st August 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day, working between the hours 09:30 - 15:30).
The road closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Traffic Controls 123 to carry out tree pruning works. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: Hampshirepfi@enerveo.com
Traffic Controls 123 will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
