NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(STANIFIELD LANE, FARINGTON, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH)
(INTRODUCTION OF PEDESTRIAN CROSSING)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above pedestrian crossing under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a Zebra Crossing on Stanifield Lane, Farington, from a point 28 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Gloucester Avenue for a distance of 42 metres in a north easterly direction.
A copy of the relevant notice and plan indicating the location of the crossing may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the South Ribble Borough Council and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston, PR1 0LD, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
