What is happening?
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(HORSELEY FIELDS)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the
Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding along the bus lane which is to be closed, inbound, on Horseley Fields between its junction with Shakespeare Street to its junction with Middle Cross.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months and it is anticipated that the temporary road closure will be in place on 15 August 2025 and 19 August 2025
between the hours of 00:01 and 05:00
The vehicular diversion route is: None.
The Order is required to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of overhead cables by Centro.
