ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE
A6112 MAIN STREET, SWINTON
In accordance with Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Scottish Borders Council will temporarily close the A6112 at Main Street, Swinton, TD11 3JJ. The maximum duration of this Notice is 21 days and it is expected that the closure will be in effect from 13:00 on Thursday 07 August 2025 to 19:00 on Tuesday 12 August 2025 - 24 hour closure
The closure is required to permit emergency Scottish Water works.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the A6112, B6461, A697 and A6112 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
