TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (South East) (No.31) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped and a square shaped area of highway to the north of Avebury Boulevard at Milton Keynes in the City of Milton Keynes. This is to enable development as permitted by Milton Keynes City Council under reference 24 /00036/FUL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon
Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5931). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Milton Keynes City Council, 1 Saxon Gate, East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 14 August 2025.
