Stone Street, Aldershot - Temporary No Waiting Restriction due to Works Compound Installation

What is happening?

TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME – STONE STREET, ALDERSHOT, RUSHMOOR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE RESTRICTED: To impose a Temporary No Waiting at Any Time on the following road:

Stone Street (Southern side) between its junction with B3208 Lower Farnham Road and a point approximately 30 Metres West of said junction.

DURATION OF ORDER: from 11th August 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the restriction will be required for no longer than 12 days, and in operation for 24 hours a day).

The no waiting at any time has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Cappagh to allow for Non-ex for compound to facilitate all works at a property on B3208 Lower Farnham Road. Cappagh will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
