HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:
Penllwyn Lane, Coed Duon, o’r gyffordd â B4251 Blackwood Road am bellter o tua 40 metr
Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 18 Awst 2025 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 29 Awst 2025.
Ni fydd mynediad ar gael i’r gwasanaethau brys na phreswylwyr. Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr.
Mae llwybrau amgen ar hyd Brynteg Avenue, Manor Road, Bryn Road, B4251 Blackwood Road.
Y rheswm dros wneud y Gorchymyn yw caniatáu gwaith draenio a chwlfertau.

PENLLWYN LANE BLACKWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along
Penllwyn Lane, Blackwood from its junction with B4251 Blackwood Road for a distance of approx. 40 metres
The proposed Order is expected to commence on 18 August 2025 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by
29 August 2025.
Access for emergency services and residents will not be maintained.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
Alternative routes are via Brynteg Avenue, Manor Road, Bryn Road, B4251 Blackwood Road.
The reason for making the Order is to allow for drainage and culvert works.
The order is required by C.Wynne & Sons TA Wynne Construction.
