The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) 

The County of Cornwall (B3302 Between Sithney School And Sithney Common, Sithney) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Sithney. This prohibition is necessary for poling and tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th September 2025 to 11th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected - B3302 Between Sithney School And Sithney Common, Sithney between grid reference SW63833 29410 and the junction of Sithney.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Polgear, Calvadnack, Carnmenellis, Penmarth, Four Lanes) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 11th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Redruth. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th August 2025 to 7th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Roads affected - Polgear, Redruth between grid reference SW68232 36835 and the property named Penaluna Cottage, Calvadnack, Carnmenellis between the junctions of Polgear and Carnmenellis, Carnmenellis, Redruth between the junctions of Calvadnack and Penmarth and Penmarth, Carnmenellis between the junction of Carnmenellis and the property named Star View.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) 

Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being A3078 Between Junction East Of Sunny Corner And Junction South Of Elmsdale, Tregony between grid references SW92266 44252 and SW92361 43896 for approximately 328 metres. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out poling works. 

The Order will come into operation on 11th September 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 11th September 2025. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th August 2025 to 29th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Green Hill, St Martin for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th August 2025 to 29th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From Tregowris To Roskruge Beacon, St Keverne for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 11th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Perranwell Station. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th August 2025 to 29th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Silver Hill, Perranwell Station between the properties named Burrator and Perrancroft.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th September 2025 to 9th September 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for repairs to a disused rail bridge and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th September 2025 to 31st October 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Road affected - Mill Road, Bolingey between the properties named Toad Hall and The Old Post Office.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Truro. 

This prohibition is necessary for de-vegetation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th September 2025 to 12th September 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2200 and 0600, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Pydar Street, Truro between the junctions of Hendra Lane and Castle Rise.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th August 2025 to 1st September 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Road affected - Mellangoose, Sithney between the junctions of Sithney Common Hill and Newham Lane.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 11th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Agnes. 

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th August 2025 for one day. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Rosemundy, St Agnes between properties numbered 51 and 44.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th August 2025 to 29th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Roads affected - Boskenwyn between grid references SW69083 28025 and SW69105 28186 and Treloquithack between grid references SW69105 28186, SW68811 29505 and SW69095 29391, Wendron. An alternative route will be signed on site.
