(STAVERTON VILLAGE, STAVERTON)
20MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council proposes
to make an Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a motor
vehicle at a speed exceeding 20 miles per hour along those lengths of roads described in the Schedule to this Notice and the Schedule to the proposed Order.
A copy of the draft Order, the associated map, the Schedule of affected roads, and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be:
• Viewed online at www.westnorthants.gov.uk (search “Traffic Regulation
Orders”)
• Inspected by appointment at Kier Highways, Highways Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, NN6 9BX, by calling 01604 529700
MAKING REPRESENTATIONS OR OBJECTIONS, any person wishing to object to, support, comment, or make representations on the proposed Order must do so in writing, stating the grounds for their objection or representation, quoting reference P2086, no later than 4th September
