The County of Cornwall (Church View Road, Camborne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 11th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camborne.
This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th August 2025 to 29th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Church View Road, Camborne between the junction of Dolcoath Road and Believer Parc.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 11th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camborne.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th August 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Foundry Road, Camborne between the junction of Stray Park Road and grid reference SW6551939896.

This prohibition is necessary to install a dropped kerb and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th August 2025 to 27th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th August 2025 to 1st September 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th September 2025 to 19th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekends included.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Access To Rear Of 2 - 48 Albany Road, Redruth between the junction of Raymond Road and grid reference SW7021141874.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out re-pointing at number 1 Raymond Road The Order will come into operation on 14th August 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 31st August 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 24th July 2025 for a period of 21 days.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being St Nicholas Street for its entire length and Boscawen Street between the junctions of King Street and Lemon Street, Truro.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Truro) (Restrictions on Driving) Order 2006 High Cross/St. Mary’s Street (Unclassified) - from a point 33 yards east of its junction with King Street to its junction with Duke Street/ New Bridge Street, between the junctions of King Street and Old Bridge Street.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to lift, clean and reset granite cobbles.
The Order will come into operation on 8th September 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 7th November 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
