What is happening?

AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT 020)
ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council have made a Traffic Regulation Order on 8th August 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is to introduce No Waiting at Any Time (Double Yellow Line) restrictions on a section of the A40 High Street, West Wycombe, at the following locations:
• From a point 1.5 metres west of the property boundary of No. 58a High Street in a westerly direction, ending outside No. 59, for a length of approximately 25 metres.
• From the property boundary of No. 5 and No. 7 High Street in an easterly direction to The Swan Inn, terminating at the bus stop, with a length of approximately 25 metres.
This Order shall come into effect on the 8th of August 2025.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with in relation to these Order, you may within six weeks from Friday 08th August 2025, by applying to the High Court.
