DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.
Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn cynnal gwaith atgyweirio ar y prif bibell ddŵr.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau Stryd Dowlais, Aberdâr o bwynt sydd 5 metr i’r de-ddwyrain o ffin ddeheuol eiddo Rhif 7, i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin am bellter o tua 45 metr.
Llwybr Amgen – does dim llwybr amgen addas, fodd bynnag bydd mynediad i drigolion yn parhau yn ystod cyfnod y gwaith.
Bydd mynediad ar gael ar gyfer cerddwyr, cerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys, ac ar gyfer cyrraedd eiddo.
Mae disgwyl iddi fod ar gau rhwng y dyddiadau ac amseroedd canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau: -

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The closure is necessary to facilitate mains repair works.
The effect of the Order will be to close Dowlais Street, Aberdare, from a point 5 metres south-east of the southern boundary of property No. 7, in a general north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 45 metres.
Alternative Route – there is no alternative route available for this closure, however access for residents shall be maintained for the duration.
Access will be maintained for pedestrians, emergency services and to premises.
The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed: -
• Daytime closure on 26th August 2025 08:00am – 06:00pm
