What is happening?

Devon County Council (Hill Lane, Exeter) (School Streets) Order 2025 

Devon County Council made this on 6 August to come into force 15 August to introduce Prohibition of Motor Vehicles Except Authorised Vehicles Mon-Fri 8.15-8.55am/3.15-3.45pm on Hill Lane, Exeter for its entire length. Order & related documents may be seen at devon.cc/tro. 

Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. 

Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. 

If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
