What is happening?
SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES CONSOLIDATION)
ORDER 2021 (VARIATION NO. 6) ORDER 2025
Notice is given of Swindon Borough Council’s intention to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to revoke the 24 hour clearway on the A4361 south west of the junction with Elcombe to the borough boundary.
A copy of the documents for the Order may be inspected online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders.
Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made by completing the consultation form which can be found at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders under ‘Stage 2 – Formal consultation’ with reference (ST/TRO/A4361) by no later than 30 August 2025. Any objection or representation received will form part of a public record which may be made publicly available.
