What is happening?
REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
(BROTTON LOFTUS CARLIN HOW AND EASINGTON) (WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT)ORDER NO 1 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into operation on 18.8.25 the effect of which will be to amend the Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Brotton Loftus, Carlin How and Easington) (Waiting and Loading and Parking Places)Consolidation Order 2003 by creating 1 hour limited waiting, no return within 2 hours at High Street Brotton from the joint property boundary of numbers 82 and 1 High Street Brotton in a westerly direction for a distance of 19 metres.
A copy of the Order may be examined at the offices below between 11am and 4pm Monday to Friday or on the following link Permanent highway notices – Redcar and Cleveland (redcar-cleveland.gov.uk).
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 14.8.25 apply to the High Court.
