Wearne Lane - Temporary Road Closure For Valve Repairs

Temporary Closure of Wearne Lane

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Wearne Lane - from the junction with Bartletts Elm Roundabout, northwards for a total distance of 58 metres.

This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out valve repairs.

The Order becomes effective on 14th August 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 19th August 2025 and last until 21st August 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
