Station Road - Temporary Road Closure For Gas Mains Renewal

What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE STATION ROAD, DRAYCOTT

WHEN: 18 August to 04 September 2025
WHERE: Station Road, Draycott between the Jct. of Victoria Road and the Jct. of Town End Road. 
REASON: To facilitate gas mains renewal.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Station Road, Victoria Road, Derby Road, Draycott Road, Nottingham Road, Longmoor Lane, Longmoor Road, Petersham Road, Wilsthorpe Road, Main Street, The Green and vice versa.

Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call derbyshire on 01629 533190.
