Windmill Lane - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
WINDMILL LANE, HUNDALL
WHEN: 03 September 2025 (07:00 to 18:00).
WHERE: Windmill Lane, Hundall from its jct. with Hundall Lane for a distance of 110m in a southerly direction.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway patching / resurfacing works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Windmill Lane, Hundall Lane, Unstone Road, Whittington Lane, B6057, Crow Lane, Hundall Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
