Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ary Stryd) 2019 (Gorchymyn Diwygio Rhif 35) 2025 Cyfyngiadau parcio arfaethedig ar Gwaun-fro, Penpedairheol 

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 al holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar 81 ymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, wedi gwneud gorchymyn a fydd air effaith a ganlyn:- 

Bydd y gorchymyn yn gwahardd aros er mwyn gwella problemau mynediad ar Gwaun-fro, Penpedairheol. 

Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 13/08/2025. 

Gellir gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn fel yl gwnaed, cynlluniau sy'n dangos y rhannau o'r briffordd dan sylw a datganiad o resymau'r awdurdod traffig dros wneud y Gorchymyn yn www.caerffili.gov.uk/ GorchnnynionRheoleiddioTraffig a gellir hefyd eu harchwilio yn rhad ac am ddim drwy apwyntiad yn: Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, T9 Penallta, Parc Tredomen, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed CF82 7PG rhwng 09:00 a 17:00 o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (ac eithrio gwyliau banc a gwyliau cyhoeddus), o 13/08/2025 i 25/09/2025, gan ddyfynnu'r cyfeirnod SCF.5012096. 

Os ydych chi'n dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw un neu ragor o'r darpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo, ary sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, ary sail na chydymffurfir ag unrhyw un neu ragor o ofynion y Ddeddf honno a wnaed o dani mewn perthynas air Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud hynny i'r Llys o fewn chwe wythnos i'r dyddiad isod. (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment Order No 35) 2025 Proposed parking restrictions on Gwaun-Fro, Penpedairheol 

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made an order the effect of which is: -The order will prohibit waiting in order to improve access issues on Gwaun-Fro, Penpedairheol. The Order shall come into operation on 13/08/2025. 

A copy of the Order as made, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority's reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationsOrders and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 13/08/2025 to 25/09/2025 quoting reference SCF.5012096. 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the grounds that any requirement of that Act made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the Court for this purpose.
