(GLENBANK ROAD, LENZIE)

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

On the 12 August 2025 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties and land adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on Glenbank Road, Lenzie, between its junctions with Glenhead Road and Beechmount Road, Lenzie, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.

This Order will operate from 06.00 hours on Sunday, 24 August 2025 until 18.00 hours on Sunday,  31 August 2025.

Alternative Routes

The alternative routes will be by way of Glenhead Road, the B757 Auchinloch Road, Beechmount Road, and Victoria Road, Lenzie, and these routes will be sign posted.
