PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.5 (PART) OKEOVER PARISH
PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2025
The above Order, made on 20 May 2025 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, will extinguish the full width of that part of Public Footpath No 5 Okeover commencing at Grid Reference 414382 347961 and running easterly for some 36 metres to Grid Reference 414418 347967 as shown on the Order Map. It will also modify the Borough of East Staffordshire Definitive Map and Statement accordingly. 
A copy of the Order and Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at the offices of Staffordshire County Council, Corporate Reception, 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2LP Mon-Fri. 8.30 am to 4.00 pm. Copies of the Orders and maps may be bought there at the price of 10p per A4 page; £2 per map.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the County Solicitor, 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford ST16 2LP (Quoting Reference 25035) not later than 5.00 pm on 24 September 2025. 
Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Staffordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If any Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 7 (PART) OKEOVER PARISH
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2025
The above Order, made on 20 May 2025 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, will divert the full length and width of Public Footpath N0 7 Okeover commencing at Grid Reference 414383 347929 and running northerly for some 33 metres to Grid Reference 414382 347961 then northnorth-easterly for some 51 metres to Grid Reference 414403 348006 to a line commencing at Grid Reference 414383 347929 and running north-easterly for some 48 metres to Grid Reference 414418 347962 then north-north-easterly for some 47 metres to Grid Reference 414428 348007 then westerly for some 25 metres to Grid Reference 414403 348006. It will also modify the Borough of East Staffordshire Definitive Map and Statement accordingly.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 7/8/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the joint box frame and cover renewal works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 12/8/25 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:

Shirley Common Rd, Whiston. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=143755940. The Order will come into operation on 14/8/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 14/8/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the providing a new customer connection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 15/8/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 15/8/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 18/8/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 18/8/25. 
The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 18/8/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 29/8/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the carriageway resurfacing works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of:
