PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 9 HECKINGTON
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025
The above Order made on 25 July 2025 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that whole width of Public Footpath No.9 in the parish of Heckington running from OSGR TF 13342 43748 (Point A) in a generally east north easterly direction for approximately 152 metres to terminate at OSGR TF 13346 43739 (Point B). The total length of footpath to be diverted is approximately 152 metres as shown between points A-B on Order drawing numbered UKSD-SA-OS-0000-Rev P.03 TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE in the parish of Heckington to be 3 metres wide running from the unaffected part of Public Footpath No.9 at OSGR TF 13342 43748 (Point A) in a generally southerly direction for approximately 6 metres to meet the public highway at OSGR TF 13489 43792 (Point C). The total length of footpath to be added is approximately 6 metres as shown between points A-C on Order drawing numbered UKSD-SA-OS-0000-Rev P.03.
A copy of the Order and the Order drawing have been placed and may be seen during office hours at Main Reception, North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Eastgate Sleaford, NG34 7EF. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Mrs C Gray, Administration Manager, North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Eastgate, Sleaford, Lincolnshire NG34 7EF or e-mail: planning@n-kesteven.gov.uk not later than 11 September 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if so made are withdrawn, North Kesteven District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. Any representations or objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation.
